Beaded Jump Rope 16 ft long. Green and white durable plastic beads on strong nylon braided cord with molded plastic handles. The beads are 3.5" long and 1 cm in diameter and give the jump rope extra weight for smooth swinging and they protect the nylon cord for jumping on any surface. 16 ft ropes are great for double dutch. Jumping rope is fun and an excellent work out.
